In July 2020, Teсra developers have announced the release of the first upgrade package for the TecraCoin (TCR) wallet. Currently, the blockchain technology used on the TCR ecosystem serves as a junction for popularly-used Zcoin blockchain. With this upgrade, the TecraCoin wallet will get enhanced from version 11 to version 14. This upgrade also includes the changes constituted in version 12 and 13 upgrades.
The TecraCoin wallet is an essential software used for storing and trading cryptocurrencies properly. Based on the fundamental protocols of crypto transactions, every blockchain of TecraCoin’s TCR cryptocurrency must have its basic wallet. The TCR wallet used in its desktop version that the server one. The TecraCoin wallet made from the core of the token name, for example, TecraCoin Core.
The upcoming upgrade will be implementing these Core updates to the TecraCoin wallet and make the TCR ecosystem more secure. These updates are slated to fix the functioning of TecraCoin’s basic wallet. The most important factor for the upcoming TecraCoin Core upgrade is the enhancement of master nodes and the expansion of the wallet’s blockchain safety. Such crypto wallet upgrades will support the functioning of AI-based crypto trading platforms such as Immediate Edge Crypto Software.
What to Expect from TecraCoin 2020 Core Wallet Upgrade
Masternode enhancements are always prioritized in core crypto wallet upgrades. Based on a pre-set order, the last master node collects the reward and moves to the end of the queue towards the next block, where the reward gets transferred to the next master node. In every block of the blockchain, nodes vote among themselves and select the master node that should get the reward from a specific block.
However, there are instances where the selected master-nodes do not get rewards. When the winning master node does not receive the reward via the next block’s payment, it might be possible that the node got unpinned from the rest of the node network of the blockchain. In such cases, the node can conduct its voting and contradict the majority preferences of master nodes.
To fix this bug, TecraCoin is upgrading the master node communication of its core wallet. This upgrade can restrict the masternode blockage caused by the unpinned node. A Zcoin solution will be implemented by Tecra to launch new masternodes and improve its voting mechanism.
