Binance has announced the addition of GoPlus Security ($GPS) as the 11th project on its HODLer Airdrops page. Following this announcement, $GPS showed a significant surge in its market price.
Binance Lists GoPlus Security($GPS) For Trading and HODLer Airdrops
As per the official announcement, users who subscribed to BNB through Simple Earn (both Flexible and/or Locked) or On-Chain Yields products between February 19, 2025, and February 24, 2025, will be eligible for the GPS airdrop distribution. The airdrop details are expected to be made available within 12 hours, with the distribution set to occur to users’ Spot Accounts at least one hour before trading begins.
The GPS token will officially be listed on Binance on March 4, 2025, at 13:00 (UTC), with trading pairs available against USDT, USDC, BNB, FDUSD, and TRY. In preparation for trading, users can begin depositing GPS tokens into their accounts two hours prior to the listing.
The total supply of GPS is capped at 10,000,000,000 tokens, with 300,000,000 tokens (3% of the total supply) allocated for the HODLer Airdrops. Moreover, 400,000,000 GPS tokens will be distributed through other marketing campaigns six months after the spot listing, with further details to be shared in a separate announcement.
Upon listing, the circulating supply of GPS will be 1,813,400,000 tokens, representing 18.1% of the maximum token supply. The GPS token operates on the Base network, and its smart contract can be found at the address: 0x0c1dc73159e30c4b06170f2593d3118968a0dca5.
Notably, there is no listing fee associated with the token. Additionally, Binance has set a cap on BNB holdings for the HODLer Airdrops program, with users’ average BNB holding to be calculated at no more than 4% of the total average BNB holdings.
Following its listing on Binance, GPS experienced a significant increase of more than 23%, reaching a value of $0.161.
At the time of writing, $GPS is trading at $0.1492, reflecting a rise of 10.97%. The project’s market capitalization remains robust at $270.76 million, while the 24-hour trading volume has surged by 287%, reaching $27.31 million.
