Portal Wallet Enables CKB to connect with Wallets Across the Globe

After working consistently for a couple of months on the development of Grant Program, Portal Wallet announces the CKLabs incubator, the Lay2 team as a member of the CKLabs cohort, and has successfully released the first dApp on CKB.

Portal Wallet bids adieu to its old way of re-installing the wallet, the new public blockchain DApp allows its users to use their Ethereum address to deliver or receive CKB. The Portal Wallet supports the mainstream Ethereum wallet along with Metamask, imToken, Coinbase Wallet, Alphawallet, Opera, ABC wallet, Bitpie, and TokenPocket.

A lot of you might be wondering,

The basic design of Nervos CKB is designed to overcome issues like this; the virtual machine CKB-VM of Nervos is designed based on the RISC-V instruction set and can elucidate cryptographic primordial. Nervos CKB’s programming model, Cell Model, has flexible programming features and comprises a verification method that helps to unlock the cell swapped in Lock Script.

Since the Portal Wallet is launched now, other DApps using the existing infrastructure and reducing user entry can also be considered a new prototype for designing blockchain dApp. More such opportunities are waiting for CKB apps shortly, not only will there be new products, but the DApps will enable the users to connect to the existing Internet ecosystem.
