The powerful app has been designed to allow tourists and customers to give ratings with simple mouse clicks. According to the blog post, the FingeRate app has five unique characters/signals depicting five different rating standards. Users can choose their favorite hand character to rate their experience of any place they have visited. The FingeRate app is the online version of ‘Satisfaction of everything’ or SoeT solution.
The SoeT worked as an on-spot rating survey protocol that included a face recognition camera. These cameras were placed on several locations, including public service centers, stores, and tourist spots. The tourists were to show numbers from 1 to 5 through their hands in front of the camera to give their review. This data was then analyzed as Big Data to draw conclusions. The FingeRate app helps view the Big Data in real-time.
The merchants can get themselves registered on the portal as BTour Chain’s affiliated members and credit BTM (BTour Mileage) seamlessly. BTM can be availed by downloading, giving reviews, and registering destinations on the app. In the starting phase, the app is present in the Korean language for Android and Apple users. The app will include more languages later for a better experience. One can use the portal for giving donations to social welfare organizations like UNESCO, UNICEF, Save The Children, etc.
