With the ongoing battle between Ethereum and Bitcoin followers, the podcaster Peter McCormack had a chance to discuss the complex mechanism of Ethereum 2.0 along with some other philosophical differences between ETH and BTC. This discussion was held between Ethereum owner Vitalik Buterin and Samson Mow, CSO of Blockstream, and CEO of Pixelmatic, while McCormack was the host.
Peter McCormack shared a positive tweet of this discussion by calling it impartial and possibly fair enough between the trio as per Ethereum news today.
Here it is, my discussion with @Excellion and @VitalikButerin is now live. I did my best to be as impartial and fair as possible.

In many ways, Ethereum is in its blooming period. Whereas Bitcoin is known for its slow and conservative development and goals, ETH or Ethereum aims to move fast and break other things. Such philosophical differences between the two Cryptos often give space to heated debates. Additionally, there has also been a new debate showing up between the two communities in the past few days. And, the foundation of this debate is the apparent inability to verify the overall supply of ETH.
Over this topic, Ethereum’s owner Vitalik Bunterin has openly admitted the complexity of Ethereum 2.0 from the technical perspective. He said that the team did not expect this level of complexity when envisaged the idea though it is getting on nerves for the technical teams now. However, he has assured a progressive approach to handle all the fundamental flaws in just a matter of time. Some of the ETH applications might fail, while others are successful, he added.
When asked about the true essence and credibility of Ethereum, Vitalik Buterin said that ETH is not a whole money thing. Since its beginning, Ethereum has been considering non-financial applications as its integral parts.
Not only the owner Vitalik Buterin but also the believers of ETH agree that the real value proposition of Ethereum is different. Also, they don’t consider the problematic mechanism of Ethereum 2.0 as a significant issue.
